R. Scott Lalley is an artist and designer. He graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology and is a member of the National Arts Club and has exhibited in various NYC galleries. From his artist’s statement: “My abstract paper constructions combine collage with mixed media techniques. By juxtaposing shape, line, and color I create a suspended dimension positioned within positive and negative space.”.
